WHICH SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our garments have an oversized style, so we recommend you to take a look at the size guide of the products before you select the size. In addition, you can take as a reference the height of the models and the size they wear in the photos. You can find this information in the product description of each product.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Since shipping varies significantly depending on the destination, please check our shipping policy (click here) for the estimated shipping times.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

When your order ships, you will receive an email from the shipping company containing the tracking information of your order.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, we can modify it or cancel it without any problems. To do this, please contact us stating your order number and any other relevant information here.

On the contrary, if we cannot modify nor cancel your order, you will have to request a return or exchange.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?

Even though this rarely occurs, mistakes can happen; hence, you might receive the wrong product. In this case, contact us click in here or via email contact@valldoreix.com. We will be delighted to fix the issue and send you the correct product as soon as possible.

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
