SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping and Customs 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their packages upon importation. Valldoreix is not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs processes.

Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, and natural disasters. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Changes

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the change before the order is shipped.
