RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We ship our products to the address you provide during checkout. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner and arrives in good condition, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage caused during shipping.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Valldoreix. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

For any exchanges or returns, we kindly request you to cover the cost of the return shipping label. We have streamlined the process to make it as straightforward as possible, and you will only be charged for the return label, ensuring a hassle-free return experience.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been washed, worn, or damaged.

To ensure proper processing of your return, it is mandatory to use the return label provided by us. Returns sent without using the provided label may not be processed, and as a result, a refund will not be possible. Please ensure that you follow the return instructions carefully to avoid any issues.

Please note that we do not accept returns for international orders. Due to logistical challenges and costs associated with international shipping, all international sales are final. We recommend double-checking your order details and contacting our customer service team if you have any questions before completing your purchase.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible after receiving the returned item.

If you receive a defective item or we have made an error in fulfilling your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. We may ask for photos or other documentation to help us understand the issue, and we will work with you to provide a replacement item or a refund as appropriate.
